Returns
We're bummed if you're not 100% satisfied with the items you received, and we gladly accept returns within 30 days of receipt for most items in new condition and with the tags on.
- If the item you received is damaged or wrong, you can return it for free.Please provide photos or videos of damaged or wrong products so that we can process your after-sales request.
- If the return is for consumer reasons, such as no longer needing or liking the item, or choosing the wrong quantity or style, you will be responsible for the return shipping costs.

Exchanges
- We only exchange goods if they are defective or damaged. In circumstances where you consider that a product is defective, you should promptly contact us at official@alojalife.com with details of the product and the defect.
- The resent package will be sent to the delivery address of your previous order by default. If you need to change it, please contact us before the package is sent out.
Refunds (if applicable)

Customized Product
Aloja Life is made just for you. All custom products and wholesale sales are final, and custom products and wholesale products cannot be returned.
