Cancellation

We can only accept order cancellations before the product is shipped out. If you need to cancel an order, please Click Here to submit your request. 
Returns & Exchanges
  1. Please Click Hereto submit a return request and indicate the item(s) you would like to return and choose the correct reason.
  2. After receiving return instructions from us, please package up the item(s) to be returned and drop off your package at the local post office or another courier.
  3. We will process refunds within 5 business days of receiving your package. Refunds will be automatically credited to your original payment method.
  4. Refund to Gift Card credit: you will receive an instant refund within 12-24h once you ship the returned item out. It gives you the flexibility to place a new order away, rather than wait for a credit card refund.
Regarding returns
  1. If the item received is damaged or incorrect, free return or exchange.
  2. If the return is due to the consumer, for example, the item is no longer needed or liked, choose the wrong quantity, or style, you will be responsible for the return shipping cost. 
  3. For U.S. orders, we provide return label services. The specific fee is based on the quantity of the goods you return.
  4. For orders outside the U.S.,please send the package back via your local post office at your own expense. Click Here and we will provide you with return instructions.
Regarding exchanges
  1. For US orders, please send your items back using our return label first, the cost depends on the quantity of items you need to exchange. We will send you a new package after receiving your returned package.
  2. For orders outside the U.S. please Click Here to submit your request. 
Regarding undelivered packages
  1. If the package is lost or delivered to the wrong location due to customer errors, for example,incorrect delivery address or incorrect contact information, didn't pick up the package in time, we are sorry that we are not responsible for this, but we will be happy to provide you with any assistance.
  2. If the package is lost due to our fault, we will provide you with a refund or reshipment after verifying the situation.
Return Conditions
  1. You have 30 days to decide if an item is right for you, if you would like to return or exchange the item, please contact us within 30 days of delivery.
  2. To be eligible for a return to the original form of payment, the item must be unwashed, unworn, and in new condition with all original components and tags still intact. 
  3. Please be sure to double-check your returns before shipping them out. We are not responsible for the return of non-Aloja Life products.
  4. Additional expedited shipping fees and handling charges are non-refundable.Final sale items are not eligible for returns.
  5. Each eligible item can be only submitted with one return request.

Customized Product
Aloja Life is made just for you. All custom products and wholesale sales are final, and custom products and wholesale products cannot be returned. If you purchased a customized product online and you would like to talk to our Aloja Life experts about fit, comfort, defects, or it was damaged during shipping, please contact our customer service.

How do I register an account?

Click on the "Account" button located at the top right of any page to "Log in" or "Create a New Account". Alternatively you may proceed to check-out where you will be prompted to use your account.

I forgot my login password?

In case you forgot your login information, please click on the "recovery password?" button on the log in page.

Why do I need to leave an email address when placing an order?

Please make sure you leave the correct email address when placing an order, it is very important!

After you place an order, we will send you an order confirmation email. If you do not receive the email,you will not be able to discover incorrect information about your order in time.

If you don't leave your mailbox, you can't track your package logistics.

How do I change my order information?

Double check your gear and the total amount in your shopping bag before you complete your order. It happens during online shopping and no worries! But when something wrong happens, we recommend you to contact Customer Support once you realize you need to change the shipping address. We will help you to change it if the package has not been shipped out.

How can I place my order?

First, find the product you like. Then choose style you want. By click the "ADD TO CART" button, you will keep the item(s) in cart. You may choose whether to add more products in cart or choose to continute to checkout.

To go to checkout page, please click "CHECK OUT" button to complete your order!

How can I check the status of my order?

You are able to check your order status through your own alojalife Account or the order confirmation email.
Please provide your correct email address when placing an order, otherwise you will not receive any reminder emails about your order.

What do I do if my order is damaged?

We are so sorry to hear that your order arrived in anything but perfect condition! Allow us to make it right. Our Customer Support team will be more than happy to assist you in processing a refund, return or exchange. Please come to Return Center to submit a request so we can get you your item(s) as soon as possible.

How to find my order number/ I can't find my order number/details?

If you have a alojalife account, we recommend you to log in and check it in your account. If not, no worries, usually you will receive an order confirmation email once you place the order. We recommend you check the email for more details. 

Please provide your correct email address when placing an order, otherwise you will not receive any reminder emails about your order.

How to cancel my order?

We will be sad to hear it but we recommend you to go to Return Center to submit the request.

If I get a gift, how can I exchange the item?

We’d like to help you with it for sure! Please kindly send the gifter's full name or email address to official@alojalife.com for our further check the order information for you.

Can I use cash on delivery?

Unfortunately Cash on Delivery is not available at this time. aloja life currently accepts Visa, Mastercard, Maestro. We also accept payment via Paypal.

Where are your products shipped from?

Our products are stored and shipped from fulfillment centers located in China or the United States.

Every product will go through strict quality inspection before shipment.

Why did I only receive part of my order?

Not to worry, it's on its way! While we do our best to ship your order all in one package, due to the multitude of warehouses we are utilizing, your order might be separated into several shipments. However, if you did not receive multiple tracking numbers, please feel free to reach out to our Customer Support.

What is your return policy?

We accept returns with original packaging and tags intact, within 30 days of receiving. Here is the Return Policy. You can contact us at Return Center or send an email toofficial@alojalife.com directly.

Can I exchange my item?

For orders that needed to be returned/exchanged/canceled, we highly recommend you come to Return Center to submit your request!

I’ve already exchanged my order at Return Center before. But the exchanged item did not fit and how can I make an exchange or return for the exchanged order?

We are sorry that customers can not exchange/return the exchanged items via Return Center. For now we recommend you to contactofficial@alojalife.com to finish the process, our customer support will help you.

We want to buy your products in bulk, do you have wholesale sales?

We do offer wholesale sales. If you are interested, we recommend you to provide the information of quantity of the size/color of the items you want toofficial@alojalife.com for further check.

What currency are payments transacted in?

You can pay in your local currency. If you don't know how to convert store currency to your local currency, please contact us.

Will I be charged international transaction fee?

Our website provides services around the world. Therefore, consumers will have international transaction fee when making transactions with certain credit cards. If the actual amount you pay is greater than the transaction amount, please contact the card issuing bank for inquiries. If you use PayPal to pay, there will not be international transaction fee.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major credit cards (VISA, MasterCard, AMEX, DISCOVER), PayPal. Please note that consumers will have international transaction fee when making transactions with certain credit cards.

Can I use gift card at checkout?

Of course! We recommend you to choose your fav items first, then come to the checkout page, enter the gift card code. In case the gift card did not work, please kindly send the code and the screenshot to official@alojalife.com for further help.
